Tracking My Order:
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification. If you have shipped using the EXPEDITED delivery option, we will provide you with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Undelivered Orders:
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
Lost Orders:
Orders that are undelivered and have not been returned to us will be considered lost. We will resend the order at no additional charge once lost status has been determined.
Important: Shipments made outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and is assessed by the shipping company's import broker. Such duties and taxes are billed directly from the shipping company to the recipient and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return Policy
Our Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. A copy of your original invoice is needed in order to refund or exchange your purchase. A full refund or exchange is only provided if the merchandise is in its original condition. There are no refunds and exchanges on Sale items.
Returns:
All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees incurred from an online order are non-refundable. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit.
Exchanges:
Want something else? Contact us within 30 days of your purchase to arrange to send it back. Do not send any additional payment (such as a check or money order) to cover a price difference for an exchange. If applicable, your original payment method will be credited for the difference when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payments received will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
In the unlikely event merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. We must be advised via phone or email of any damages or manufacturers defects within 10 days of the receipt of the merchandise. Please follow the standard return procedures once we have been notified of the problem.
Return Procedure:
- Check to make sure that you are within the 30 day return and exchange or 10 day damage policy limit.
- To ensure return accuracy, remember to enclose your invoice with your return. Be sure to make a copy for yourself or write down the order number for future reference.
- Return the merchandise to us using the carrier of your choice. Be sure all return shipment costs are pre-paid and shipment is insured as we cannot exchange or credit orders that are not received back in original condition.

Order Cancellation Policy
Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by emailing orders@thisisj.com or calling 416.932.9322. If your order has already shipped, you can return your order to us in accordance with our return policy.
Although it is rare that it would be necessary for This Is J to cancel an order, we reserve this right in addition to the right to not accept any subsequent orders from a customer should any of the following situations arise:
- An order cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but is not limited to incorrect Credit Card number, expiration date or security code.
- Incorrect Billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record).
- Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address is provided (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
- Fraudulent information, including previous fraudulent activity.
- Pricing, stock, or typographical errors.
Important Information Regarding Your Credit Card Order and Order Cancellation:
This Is J reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information and for your protection, your credit card order may be delayed while we confirm your billing information.
Coupon Policy
Your This Is J coupon card is redeemable for savings on online purchases at www.thisisj.com. Coupon codes are to be entered and applied when prompted during the shopping cart checkout process. Promotional cards and coupon codes cannot be replaced of redeemed for cash.
Coupon codes valid for Free Shipping can be used for Standard Shipping only. In any cases where Expedited Shipping is chosen during the shopping cart checkout, the difference in price between the Expedited Shipping charges and the Free Standard Shipping charges will be charged.
